To reserve your pod you will need to secure this with a £60 deposit when booking.

The remaining balance will then be due on the day.

You will have a dedicated waitress allocated to your pod therefore a 10% discretionary service charge added to your bill

ARRIVING

Please arrive promptly for your booking so your time with us is not compromised. When entering Oad Street Food & Crafts, please head straight to the restaurant so our team can seat you.

ORDERING

Please note every adult within the Summer Pod has to be included in a Summer Pod Package to join your booking.

Your food is pre-ordered so there is nothing left for you to do! Please note food cannot be changed on the day.

All allergies/dietary requirements need to be stated at time of booking, or 72 hours before your booking taking place. Due to the current climate of delivery shortages, food may be subject to change.

All Pod Packages are £35 per adult Monday - Friday & £38 per adults Saturday - Sunday & Bank Holidays.

Our rates may be adjusted periodically in response to inflation and supplier costs

EXTRAS

If you would like to bring any decorations that is absolutely fine however we do not accept confetti, confetti balloons, sellotape use or large displays. If you bring these with you, the team will have no choice but to remove them straight away. If you have any queries please email restaurant@oadstreet.com before you make any arrangements to ensure you are not disappointed. All decorations must be cleared at the end of your booking.

AMENDMENT POLICY

If you wish to make changes to your booking this needs to be done 72 hours before your booking. Any dietary requirement changes or last minute cancellations are not able to be made on the day so please ensure you have notified us of these in advance to avoid a surcharge.

VOUCHERS

Please note that any Restaurant Vouchers purchased cannot be redeemed against a Summer Pod booking. They need to redeemed against a Restaurant booking.

UNDER 12s POLICY

Children under 12 must be supervised at all times. We do not allow children to use the pods without adult supervision.

CUSTOMER CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your booking the following terms will apply:

General Cancellation policy:

Less than 72 hours cancellation, the deposit will not be refundable or transferrable 

Less than 4 weeks notice of cancellation the deposit can be put on a gift voucher.

More than 4 weeks notice of cancellation your deposit can be fully refunded.

Please note all cancellations can only be cancelled by emailing restaurant@oadstreet.com

Individual Cancellation:

Should you arrive and one or more of your party does not attend then your deposit will be compromised by £12.50 per person. To avoid this please email us at least 72 hours before your booking, thank you.

Should you drop below the minimum adults required for the date and time of your booking, you will be charged for the minimum required amount of people.

Cancellation from Oad Street Food & Crafts

If you are over 30 mins late to your booking, we will cancel your reservation and claim your deposit - Pod times are set and these times cannot be extended

Should we need to cancel your booking due to any unforeseen circumstances that we cannot fulfil your booked Pod, Oad Street will refund you the full deposit paid and do our best to re-book your date at the earliest convenience.
