We may hold back furniture if you party size is larger to allow you extra space in the venue.

Social space, for standing and sitting. Maximum to be seated is 28 people

Event Booking Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS:

  • A £95 hire fee is required to secure and confirm your booking.

  • 4 weeks before your event: 50% of the remaining balance is due.

  • 1 week before your event: The remaining balance must be paid in full by 5:00pm.

  • All payments must be made as one single payment by the lead booker, or by one person authorised by the lead booker to make payment on their behalf. We are unable to accept split payments from multiple guests.

  • A minimum booking of 20 adults applies. If your numbers fall below 20 adults, you will still be charged for the minimum of 20 guests.

Late Payments:

  • If the first payment is not received by the due date (4 weeks before your event), your booking will be cancelled and the £95 hire fee will remain non-refundable.

  • If the final balance is not received by 5:00pm, 1 week before your event, your booking will automatically be cancelled and all payments made up to that point will be non-refundable.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

For all Bar Hire Events, a £100 security deposit is required.

  • This is not an upfront payment.

  • We will securely pre-authorise your card details online.

  • No money will be taken unless required.

The security deposit may be used to cover:

  • Damage or breakages to the venue.

  • Decorations left behind requiring removal.

  • Late departure from the venue (after 4:30pm).

If any deduction is necessary, we will always contact you before processing the charge.

TIME EXTENSION:

£50 per hour

FOOD ORDERS:

  • All food is pre-ordered before your event.

  • Food selections cannot be changed on the day.

  • Any allergies or dietary requirements must be provided when booking, or no later than your final payment date (1 week before your event).

  • Any changes requested after this time or on the day may incur an additional charge.

  • Due to supplier availability, menu items may occasionally need to be substituted.

DECORATIONS:

You're welcome to personalise the venue with decorations.

However, we do not allow:

  • Confetti

  • Confetti balloons

  • Sellotape

  • Blu Tack

  • Hooks or adhesives attached to our walls or fixtures

If you're unsure whether your decorations are suitable, please email us at events@oadstreet.com before purchasing them.

Venue Access

  • You may access the venue from 12:00pm to decorate.

  • Please confirm that you require early access at least 1 week before your event.

  • Guests should arrive no earlier than 1:30pm.

Removal of Decorations

All decorations brought into the venue must be removed by the end of your event.

Any decorations left behind may result in a removal charge, which will be deducted from your security deposit.

CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING:

If you need to make any amendments to your booking, these must be requested before your final payment is due.

Unfortunately, no changes can be made within 1 week of your event.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

More than 8 weeks before your event

  • Your £95 hire fee will be refunded.

Between 5 - 8 weeks before your event

  • Your £95 hire fee can be transferred to a new event date or converted into a gift voucher.

Less than 4 weeks before your event

  • Your hire fee and first payment are non-refundable.

1 week or less before your event

  • Your final payment is also non-refundable.

Once your final balance has been paid, all payments become non-refundable.

GUEST NUMBERS:

  • The minimum booking remains 20 adults.

  • If your guest numbers reduce below 20 adults, you will still be charged for the minimum number.

Individual guest cancellations made after the final payment has been received are non-refundable.
