EMBER | A Be Wild & Well Retreat
Friday 6th November · 10am – 2pm · twelve places
By November most of us are running on reserves. EMBER is a half-day retreat built for that point in the calendar: four hours, twelve people, and a considered structure designed to move you from depleted to steady before December begins.
Ceremonial cacao on arrival. Guided journalling and a facilitated circle. A hands-on session with over thirty botanicals, blending a personal tea to take home. A seasonal brunch with unlimited speciality teas and coffees. And a full hour of restorative sound to close, working directly with the nervous system.
Led by Leanne Alexander, sound practitioner and breathwork facilitator, IPHM internationally accredited and registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists. Optional reiki during the sound bath.
