June

Friday 12th June | Flourish retreat

With Leanne, Be Wild & Well

FLOURISH is a four-hour summer retreat created to help you reset, refocus and feel more in control of your energy - at a time of year when everything tends to feel full.

As we move into mid-June, life often speeds up. Diaries fill, expectations build, and it’s easy to find yourself running on autopilot. This retreat is your opportunity to step out of that - to take a few hours that are intentionally yours, and leave feeling clearer, calmer and more grounded.

Hosted by Be Wild & Well, these retreats are known for their small group setting, thoughtful structure and the way they genuinely shift how you feel - not just in the moment, but afterwards too. Each element is carefully chosen to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system and create space where you actually need it.

Across the morning, you’ll experience:

• Guided journalling to clear mental clutter and gain perspective

• A small, supportive group space (kept intentionally intimate)

• A personalised tea blending experience to support your energy and mood

• A nourishing brunch prepared by the Oad St. chefs, plus unlimited tea & coffee

• A guided meditation to help you fully switch off

• An immersive sound bath using crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong and more - designed to bring your body into a deeply restorative state

• A carefully curated goodie bag to extend the experience beyond the day

This is a retreat people return to - not because it sounds nice, but because it works. You’ll leave feeling more balanced, more present and with a bit more capacity for everything waiting for you outside.

Spaces are deliberately limited to keep the experience personal and relaxed, and previous retreats at Oad St. have sold out quickly - so early booking is recommended if you’d like to join us.
