ORDERING
Your food is pre-ordered so there is nothing left for you to do! Please note food cannot be changed on the day.
If you require changes on the day there will be a surcharge. All allergies/dietary requirements need to be stated at time of booking, or 72 hours before your booking taking place. Due to the current climate of delivery shortages, food may be subject to change however we will notify you should this affect your booking.
EXTRAS
If you would like to bring any decorations that is absolutely fine however we do not accept confetti, confetti balloons or large displays. If you bring these with you, the team will have no choice but to remove them straight away. If you have any queries please email restaurant@oadstreet.com before you make any arrangements to ensure you are not disappointed.

CUSTOMER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your booking the following terms will apply:
If you cancel within 72 hours of your booking, the card that has been authenticated will be charged £10 per person.
If on the day of your booking one or more of your party does not attend you will be charged £10 per person that does not attend.

VENUE CANCELLATION POLICY
Should Oad Street Food & Crafts need to cancel your booking due to any unforeseen circumstances and we cannot fulfil your booking, we will do our best to re-book your date at the earliest convenience.
