VOUCHERS

If you have a voucher and did not enter the voucher number it at the time of booking please contact us so that it can be added to your booking. You will still need to bring a copy of the voucher on the day (on your phone is fine).

We can not accept Cream Tea Vouchers to be redeemed against an Afternoon Tea.

ORDERING

Your food is pre-ordered so there is nothing left for you to do! 

Please note food cannot be changed on the day, if you require changes on the day there will be a surcharge. All allergies/dietary requirements need to be stated at time of booking, or 72 hours before of your booking taking place. 

Due to the current climate of delivery shortages, food may be subject to change however we will notify you should this affect your booking.

Tea & coffee is included so we will bring this to you when you would like it.

If you would like to upgrade to Prosecco Afternoon Tea please inform the team upon your arrival.

DECORATIONS

If you would like to bring any decorations that is absolutely fine however we do not accept confetti, confetti balloons or large displays. If you bring these with you, the team will have no choice but to remove them straight away. If you have any queries please email restaurant@oadstreet.com before you make any arrangements to ensure you are not disappointed.

If you wish to make changes to your booking this needs to be done 72 hours before your booking taking place

BOOKING TYPE

Please note this is not a booking for a Summer Pod - This is an Afternoon Tea within in the Restaurant.  

CUSTOMER CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your booking for a party of less than 6 the following terms will apply:

If you cancel within 72 hours of your booking, the card that has been authenticated will be charged £10 per person.

If on the day of your booking one or more of your party does not attend you will be charged £10 per person that does not attend.

If you wish to cancel your booking for a party of 6 or more the following terms will apply:

If you cancel within 7 days of your booking, the card that has been authenticated will be charged £10 per person.

If on the day of your booking one or more of your party does not attend you will be charged £10 per person that does not attend.

Please note all cancellations can only be cancelled by emailing restaurant@oadstreet.com


VENUE CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are over 30 mins late to your booking, we will cancel your reservation and claim your £10 per person deposit
