What are your opening hours?
We open at 9am and close at 3:30pm Monday - Friday. We open at 9am and close at 5pm Saturday - Sunday.
What time do you stop serving food?
Our kitchen is open every day 9am-3pm.
Can I book a table?
You can book a table for Celebratory Brunch or Afternoon Tea. For our Brunch/Lunch menu, it is a walk in service only.

How do I book a Summer Pod?
All bookings for our Summer Pods are booked online via our website. Please visit oadstreetfoodandcrafts.com/summer-pods to view our availability and booking information and please note we will require at least 3 days notice.
When can I book a Summer Pod?
Our Summer Pods are available Friday 29th March - Sunday 22nd September 2024.
How many do your Pods seat?
Our Pods seat a minimum of 2 with a maximum of 10 Monday - Thursday and a minimum of 4 with a maximum of 10 Friday - Sunday. Our Summer Pods have a maximum of 10 chairs in each and can fit a maximum of 10.
Can I book in for a special occasion?
If you are interested in coming for our Brunch/Lunch menu, we do not make any exceptions on the walk in service we provide. Should there be a slight wait on a table, we have a buzzer system where you can browse in our Gift Shop whilst you wait. The team will be working hard to get you seated as soon as possible.
However for any special occasions we highly recommended our Celebratory Brunch, Afternoon Tea & Pods, please view all information on our website on the relevant tabs.
Do you cater for baby showers?
Yes of course! We have our Bar Area available for Private Hire for groups of 20 - 30. You can view all of the information on our website www.oadstreetfoodandcrafts.com/barhire to view the package we offer along with our availability to get booked in on a date that works for you.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, you can bring your dog & sit in our beautiful Courtyard. We do not allow dogs inside our restaurant (assisted dogs are an exception). We do allow well behaved dogs in our Summer Pods but not on our soft furnishings.

Do you open in the evenings?
Our Restaurant & Gift Shop are open day time hours only. We have Evening Venue Hire available, please email events@oadstreet.com for more information.

Can I purchase a Gift Voucher?

Do you offer a Gift Voucher extension?
We can not extend any expired Gift Vouchers so please ensure they are redeemed within the 12 month period. We do not accept Gift Vouchers within our Summer Pods.

Wheelchair access?
Yes we have more than adequate wheelchair access, disability parking at the front of our building, ramps at entry & exit and disabled toilets also. Please make us aware you are coming by emailing us restaurant@oadstreet.com
