Hours: Part-time
Shifts: Includes 1 weekend day and weekday shifts
We’re looking for an experienced, confident, and people-focused Part-Time Team Leader to join our team at Oad St Brunch Restaurant. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a busy restaurant environment, and enjoys supporting and motivating others.
You’ll lead by example on the floor, delivering excellent service and helping to maintain the warm, relaxed atmosphere our countryside restaurant is known for.

Weekend shifts available 17 years old +
We’re looking for someone with a bubbly personality, who’s hardworking, a true team player, and confident working independently when needed.
You’ll need to be 17 or over and available to work on weekends.
Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a big plus, along with a genuine passion for providing great service and making every customer feel welcome.

Summer Temporary Bar Staff
Oad Sts Wedding Venue is looking for enthusiastic summer staff to join our team for the wedding and events season.
We have a variety of roles available to help with the smooth running of weddings and events, including bar service, event setup, glass collecting, and general event assistance. Bar experience is preferred for those applying for bar roles, but full venue-specific training will be provided for all positions.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in bar or events is desirable (bar experience preferred for bar roles)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Professional, reliable, and proactive
This is a seasonal opportunity to gain experience in a prestigious wedding venue, working as part of a friendly and supportive team.
