ARRIVING

Please arrive promptly for your booking so your time with us is not compromised. When entering Oad Street Food & Crafts, please head straight to the restaurant so our team can seat you.

ORDERING

Your food is pre-ordered so there is nothing left for you to do! Please note food cannot be changed on the day. All allergies/dietary requirements need to be stated at time of booking, or before 72 hours of your booking taking place. Due to the current climate of delivery shortages, food may be subject to change however we will notify you should this affect your booking. 

EXTRAS

If you would like to bring any decorations that is absolutely fine however we do not accept confetti, confetti balloons, sellotape use or large displays. If you bring these with you, the team will have no choice but to remove them straight away. If you have any queries please email restaurant@oadstreet.com before you make any arrangements to ensure you are not disappointed. All decorations must be cleared at the end of your booking.

AMENDMENT POLICY

If you wish to make changes to your booking this needs to be done 72 hours before your booking. Any dietary and allergy changes are not able to be made on the day so please ensure you have notified us of these in advance to avoid a surcharge.

CUSTOMER CANCELLATION POLICY

Please email restaurant@oadstreet.com to confirm cancellations however Mothers Day Deposits are non refundable.
